defaults for job creation

When creating many jobs, e.g. for a competition, it would be very helpful to be able to define a set of defaults for the first screen of information that could readily be applied; such a feature would help ensure correct configuration of jobs. These can be user-specific and do not need to be long-standing (but should survive a login session).

Perhaps a button to save the current entries as a set of defaults (perhaps under a name) and then a drop-down to select and apply that named set.
