Time and memory not stored in .csv
There seems to be a problem with the way results are stored in the .csv. The status and result are stored correctly, but memory, wall time and cpu time are always zero. I looked at the log for one of the benchmarks and the log seems to indeed contain the proper information:
# WCTIME: wall clock time in seconds
WCTIME=98.8414
# CPUTIME: CPU time in seconds
CPUTIME=98.882
# USERTIME: CPU time spent in user mode in seconds
USERTIME=98.483
# SYSTEMTIME: CPU time spent in system mode in seconds
SYSTEMTIME=0.398939
# CPUUSAGE: CPUTIME/WCTIME in percent
CPUUSAGE=100.041
# MAXVM: maximum virtual memory used in KiB
MAXVM=2597296
I suspect the problem is the script that collects the information. I have a large job for which this information is missing and I would prefer not to rerun it if possible. Would it be possible to run the post-processor again after the bug is fixed to patch up the results? A small job showing this problem is 6734.

Re: Time and memory not stored in .csv
Sorry about this, Liana. We will investigate and fix it as quickly as we can. We do have a feature to re-postprocess job results after the job is complete, but this is applied only to the output from the solver, not the data in the log file. So unfortunately you might have to re-run your job. We'll try to get this fixed ASAP. I'm very sorry for the problem, and hope it does not jeopardize your CADE submission.

This bug should be fixed now. Sorry again for the problem.
