Since the user guide on the wiki (https://wiki.uiowa.edu/display/stardev/User+Guide)
has quite a bit more information than the Help link on starexec.org,
I suggest you supply a link to the wiki from the starexec home page.

Clicking on the help link at the bottom of any page takes you to the help page (https://www.starexec.org/starexec/public/help.jsp) which contains a link to the user guide.

(We should probably rename the help link at top of a page to "quick help" or something like that, to avoid the confusion between the two.)
