How do I publish a job?

How could I publish a job - so that URLs like this https://www.starexec.org/starexec/secure/details/job.jsp?id=1334 are outside-visible (for people who don't have a login)?

If you make a space which contains the job public, then any one can click "guest" at the bottom of the StarExec login page and then navigate to the space to see the job.
You can also provide a direct link to the job in this situation, but then it seems you must click "guest" at the bottom of the page when you visit that link. After clicking "guest", you will then see the job page directly. We could rig things up to eliminate this extra click, but it would take a little doing with the way security is set up at present.
