It would be helpful to be able to see the output of an individual job-pair, rather than needing to download the whole (and perhaps very large) job output file.

you can - e.g. https://www.starexec.org/starexec/services/jobs/pairs/14546253/stdout?limit=-1

navigate (e.g.) "space -> jobs -> solver summary -> view pairs (in the table) -> click on result (in the table) -> output -> popout"
