Error when uploading benchmarks
I'm trying to update benchmark statuses in SMT-LIB. When trying to upload a revised version of QF_BV/dwp_formulas, I get this error message:
"try3_noof_functions_dwp_comm.quoting_options_from_style.il.dwp.smt2" is not accepted as a legal benchmark name.
I seem to recall running into this problem before - is the benchmark name too long? I thought that was fixed.

Re: Error when uploading benchmarks
Sorry about this, Clark. We have found the bug and will get a fix deployed hopefully by Monday.

We believe we have fixed this now, too, so let us know if you still see an issue.

Re: Error when uploading benchmarks
It does seem that the benchmark I was having trouble with before is now working. However, now I get the following error: "try5_small_noof_functions_flanagansaxe_[.quoting_options_from_style.il.flanagansaxe.smt2" is not accepted as a legal benchmark name.
Is this because of the left bracket? What are the constraints on benchmark names? Because benchmarks in SMT-LIB appear in publications and data sets, I'm a bit reluctant to change names of benchmarks, even when they are arguably poorly named and use annoying and unusual characters...

Re: Error when uploading benchmarks
Hi, Clark.
If you look here (in our deployed source code, username and password both "guest" without the quotes) you will see that yes, our PRIMITIVE_NAME_PATTERN currently excludes open left bracket.
For security we have to impose some restrictions on benchmark names. I am not sure if disallowing left open bracket is considered needed for security. I will check with Eric, who has looked into these issues previously.

Re: Error when uploading benchmarks
Ok, let me know what Eric says. If you aren't going to allow left-bracket, I'll have to change the benchmark name.

Re: Error when uploading benchmarks
We discussed it, and we are nervous about allowing this character in a benchmark name, because of possible interactions with the shell. So I hope you don't mind changing it.
