Deleting solvers Empty Deleting solvers

Deleting a solver is harder than it needs to be.
First I recycle it - it still shows up in the solver list, and I still can't reload another (corrected, improved) solver with the same name,
Then I discover the empty recycle bin command - but it still shows up in the solver list - as deleted - and I still can't upload a solver with the same name.
