editing/deleting postprocessors broken

* when I try to update the description, or delete a post-proc, I get "could not enter in to database" error. (This was right after I successfully deleted one postproc.)

(EDIT: as another user was suggesting, it does seem to work, but sometimes takes very long - minutes)

* the GUI is inconsistent (I was looking for the "recycling bin" symbol)

* the description edit window won't allow me to use "-" character, I don't see why

* on the positive side, I could upload a statically compiled executable as post-proc, and this seems to be working fine ( https://github.com/jwaldmann/ceta-postproc )
