Deployed: some additions to StarExecCommand, bug fixes, stats page

We deployed today with the following updates:

--Features

Maximum memory usage now appears in the job information CSV

StarexecCommand now has a "getjobpairs" command that allows users to retrieve the output of several pairs at once.

StarexecCommand now returns the upload status ID for benchmark uploads after using the "pushbenchmarks" command. There is a new "getuploadstatus" command that can be called with this ID to retrieve information about how the upload is progressing.

There is now a Statistics page listed under the Spaces menu. It shows comparative statistics for all the communities on StarExec.

--Bug Fixes

Resolved a bug counting the number of "wrong" job pairs in the solver summary information.

Resolved an image map bug in the solver comparison that could lead to data points linking to the wrong benchmark.
