Deployment: bug fixes, small improvements

We just rolled out a deployment with several bug fixes and small improvements (implemented by myself and Eric Burns):

-- a bug in our space XML schema was preventing space XML uploads. This was reported by Juergen Christ, who also kindly repaired the bug in our schema! This is deployed now, so space XML uploads should work again.

-- stdout and stderr are both collected now when a community leader does a compilation with starexec_build. Thanks to Tomas Balyo for requesting this.

-- downloading space XML for spaces whose names contained blank characters was broken, but is fixed now.

-- uploading benchmarks with dependencies was failing. Thanks to Giles Reger for patiently working with us on this. Apparently we were not associating the benchmarks correctly in the db in this case. This has been fixed now.
